With recent concerns about Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to provide information about how our City staff are working to prevent the spread of the virus along with recommendations about how you can help us reduce the risk of exposure to the virus for our staff and residents.

Our City of Aurora departments and facilities are stepping up our practices for disinfecting our workspaces and public areas, reminding staff and the public about healthy/sanitary habits, and taking steps to protect those on our staff who would be the most vulnerable to virus.

In an effort to prevent and/or reduce the spread of the virus we are asking that residents please conduct your business using the following options:

 General business:

 To pay a bill:

  • Over the phone by credit/debit card (402)-694-6992
  • Place payment in the Drop box located west of City Hall.
  • Pay online by credit/debit card at www.cityofaurora.org

Thank you for your cooperation.
